- We Create Your Custom Design — Your information is used to develop a layout specifically for your flag.
- Approve Your Proof — You'll have an opportunity to review the design before CNC production begins.
- We Craft Your Flag — Once approved, your design is CNC carved and individually finished to create a unique presentation piece.

Additional charges may apply for unusually complex artwork, multiple detailed logos, extensive design changes, additional proof revisions or other specialty requests. We'll communicate any additional cost before proceeding.

Please review all names, dates, badge numbers, spelling and other personalization carefully when submitting your order. You will also have an opportunity to review these details during the proof process.
If you have a specific presentation or retirement date, enter it in the Needed By field when ordering. Rush production may be available depending on our current workload.
Customer-Supplied Logos & Artwork
Customers may submit department logos, patches, insignias and other artwork for consideration in their design. By providing artwork, you confirm that you have the appropriate permission or authority to have that artwork reproduced as part of your custom piece.
